Postpartum Doula & Mommy concierge
Motherhood is a beautiful, transformative journey—but it’s also demanding. Our postpartum doula services are designed to provide personalized care and support tailored to your family’s unique needs during the critical weeks after birth. We offer flexible, a la carte packages to help you rest, recover, and thrive.
This is a service that you wished you had with your first born:
- Lay Talk Therapy & Unload Session: A safe, compassionate space to share your feelings and process your postpartum experience.
- Meal Prep Support: Nutritious, simple meals prepared to keep you fueled during recovery.
- Light Housekeeping: Assistance with household tasks to keep your space running smoothly.
- Self-Care & Emotional Support: Encouragement and strategies to prioritize your well-being.
- Unlimited Phone, Text, and Email Support: Ongoing access to your doula for advice and reassurance.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose 1-3 visits per week, 2-4 hours each, for 4 to 8 weeks.

Continuous Birth & Postpartum Support
Receive complete support during labor and delivery, followed by a postpartum check-in to ensure feeding, sibling care, and household transitions are running smoothly.

The Flourish Mentorship Program is a transformative group-based doula and health professionals mentorship designed to empower aspiring and newly trained doulas to confidently step into their calling as compassionate birth workers and successful entrepreneurs.
Led by an experienced veteran doula, this program offers a comprehensive blend of education, practical skill-building, and community support while equipping participants with the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally.
